Hey All! Today begins another Digit-al Dozen challenge week! April’s theme is all about us, the DD girls. We will be sharing a peek into our lives through nail art. I am a coffee addict. Like really, I know who isn’t, right? But for real I drink at least 8 cups a day. Sometimes I think I might need an intervention… or maybe just an
Hey Nail Polish Lovers! Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and was also the release of the new Fifty Shades of Grey (Darker) movie. What better to go with the Digit-al Dozen “Black” challenge than some naughty sexy nail art. 🙂 To create these I used the reverse stamping / advanced stamping / decal stamping (whatever you like to call it..) technique along with my
Hey Nailistas! It’s Digit-al Dozen challenge week! This month is a recurring theme, Decades. We did this a few years back too, so many cool designs came of it that we had to do it again. My Day One is a negative space nail design inspired by the art deco style of the 1920’s. I just love this era’s fashion and design
Hey Nailistas! I have another Holiday nail design for The Digit-al Dozen’s December challenge. No video for this one I actually did these for Christmas Eve last year but never posted them, glad I had the pictures still. I really love how they turned out! These just scream holiday cheer, they are so pretty and sparkly! I used a couple different plates for these. The
Hello Beauties! Quick post tonight. Just wanted to invite you all to check out these awesomely gruesome Zombie Nails! I am super excited to have joined in my first YouTuber Collaboration! We did a The Walking Dead inspired theme. These ladies totally killed it…and ate it’s brains! Huge thanks to the lovely Mary from DreamyMM for organizing this collab and for creating this wonderful
Hello Nail Art Lovers! It’s another Digit-al Dozen challenge week. July’s theme is fashion inspired nail art. Actually it’s “The Digit-al Dozen ReDoes Fashion”.. because long ago, (before I was a member) the DD did this theme, and it was so popular we’re doing it again. I was quite happy to have recently received the new Cirque Colors Manus X Machina Collection, as these new
It’s that time again! The monthly Digit-al Dozen nail challenge is upon us and May’s theme is “Whimsy”… we all said a collective “what the heck?” and off to google we went. Whimsy is pretty much just cute / fantasy things. I can do that! I’ve been in love with this image since I first laid eyes on it and what better theme for these
Hello Dearhearts! If you’re celebrating the holiday today, Happy Easter to you. If not, then Happy Sunday! Whatever you may be doing I hope you’re having a wonderful day. Beautiful springtime weather is finally upon us here in northern Ohio and the sunshine has us smiling. 🙂 I’ve got a quick post today, just wanted to show you what’s on mah nails this afternoon.
Hello Lovelies! I’m on Day 4 of Digit-al Dozen “Spring” week and today I have more green! Some double stamping nail art, a green leafy garden. For the base color I used 3 coats of the sparkly green jelly Zoya Stassi. I stamped it first with a bright green Bundle Monster stamping polish Opus One (from their Star Slinger Collection), with the viney image from UberChic plate UC1-02.
Good afternoon friends! Happy (day after) St. Patrick’s Day! I decided to try a new to me technique for my St. Patty’s nails this year – the “Smoosh” method or “stamping marble”. I don’t know who invented it but you pretty much just put some blobs of polish on a stamper and dab it around on the nail to create a marbled effect. It looks really
