Happy Friday Nailistas!! We’re wrapping up Inspired By Pinterest Week with The Digit-al Dozen and today’s mani is my favorite of the week – you know my obsession with negative space nails! When I found this neon negative space mani by Baroquen Nails on pinterest I fell in love. I’ve changed it up quite a bit in my version but it’s plain to see where I got my inspiration.
Instead of coral I decided to go with this gorgeous neon pink Sugar Cakes from the Pretty Serious Cosmetics Awkward Pet Names Collection. I adore this color! I’ve paired it with Mundo de Unas Black stamping polish and some geometric stamping from UberChic Beauty plate UC 4-02. I also added black striping tape and square studs. I didn’t have any black studs so I just painted some neon orange ones that I had.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS MANI!! It’s been too long since I’ve done any negative space nail designs and I was really missing it, there was a time when they were pretty much all I did. Hence being named the DD’s “Queen of Negative Space“. Haha!

I’ve come to find that the negative space technique is something that people either Love or they Hate, there’s not much in between. Lol. So tell me, what are your thoughts on this style??
